Made this last night for dinner and stuck to the recipe. yes it did make a lot of sauce, but boy was it tasty!!!! There is a lot of prep work, but it was worth it. To reduce my cleanup, I used a stick blender to blend up the cooking liquid into a gravy. It's a bit thick but boy does it taste GOOD! I will definitely make this again."
