This was very good. It could use a little more moisture such as sour creme or more mayo. I used the small amount of pepper sauce but it was burny to some people. I would prefer this dish cold.

Excellent! It's not dry. The sausage really adds some taste. I will make this every year.

Reviewed Herbes de Provence Potato Gratin

Like others, I think this dish was disappointing. Potatoes could not adequately cook in the time suggestions. Bland. boring, We did not even include it in Thanksgiving dinner. With more baking it just turned rubbery. There is not enough liquid to fill the dish. Our grocer didn't carry Gruyere cheese. Is it rare?
