"Amazing taste! Left it in the marinade for 24 hours due to work schedule and that sure didn;t hurt a thing! No slab bacon at the market but pancetta was a fine substitute. Next time I will large dice the potatoes- quartering them wasn;t enough. Definitely a new favorite in my house- thanks Anne!"
