Reviewed Hash Brown Quiche
"I cook for all adult children, and a husband... all of us loved this recipe. I tweeked it my own way adding some onion powder, paprika, and I also lightly salted the crust when it came out of the oven. Three adults ate one quiche completely. I was glad I doubled the recipe and made two. This recipe will be made over and over again.""
"Ok, I guess my family's palates do not have finesse or something, we enjoyed the pork stir fry, but not the jasmine coconut rice. I would make it again with regular rice. The pork was fork tender though. ""
I enjoy cooking for crowds and for my family. I love finding fresh, yet comforting food for people. I like fewer ingredients in recipes, and enjoy southern (but not necessarily cajun) recipes. I have often cooked for large numbers of people, and am very budget conscious.
I love to make soups of various kinds. Each time they are different because it depends on what is in my pantry.
