Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

"A truely decadent dish. The family thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Double Cream or Fresh Parsley, but used normal Cream & a teaspoon of Dried Parsley, & it came out great. The Shitake Mushrooms have such amazing flavour. This is a great easy soup to prepare & would be fantastic for a dinner party. Thank you Ina."

"Great recipe. Potatoes do turn pink if left long grated. The pan must be hot & ready so as soon as the potatoes are grated they can go straight into the pan. It works. I also thinly sliced some onions and mixed it up. My family loved it. It does not keep though, and needs to be made at the last minute before eating for best results. Thank y""

"Loved the soup. Quick & Easy as directed. Also used Chicken Stock to cook initial veggies in. I used 2 spoons minced Garlic & 1 spoon minced Ginger. Worked well. Added a little salt & cracked pepper at the end. Definetely makes the soup to drizzle the egg whites in at the end, gives it a bit more substance. I also did not discard the broth ""

"Fantastic tasty crunchy salad. Always looking for new ways to cook with Red Cabbage. Because I dont have a flat clear glass bowl, I used my nice large ceramic one & decorated the top of the finished salad with 3 hard boiled eggs sliced into quarters & placed around the edges. The colours of the purple, orange, yellow & white was very attractive""
