"I make these turkey meatballs every couple of weeks. I love to load the sauce with green and red bell peppers and chunky musrooms. And I always save some leftovers for a toasted meatball sandwich!

"Very flavorful--I don't miss the deep frying at all! I do, however, turn the chicken over halfway through the baking because I find the bottom side gets a bit soggy if I don't.
I used to watch the Food Network all the time, but now my student loan payments preclude me paying for luxuries like cable TV. I really appreciate the Food Network's extensive website so I can get my fix of Giada deLaurentis, Ellie Krieger, and Ina Garten. (But I still really miss Good Eats!) I'm trying to eat more healthfully, so I frequently use Ellie's tips to make some of my other favorite recipes a little kinder to my body.
