"This was excellent after a bit of tweaking. I used half as much wine as called for (thanks, previous reviewers!, added some brown sugar for a bit of extra sweetness, used the optional lemon, and then finished it off with a bit of butter for a glossy look and rich mouthfeel. I'm serving it over grilled chicken for dinner amd can't wait to see what my boyfriend thinks! It made a LOT but I'll find plenty of uses for it - - - pork chops, sandwiches . . . YUM!!"
