Wonderful! I made these exactly as written, except I used all creminis, including the stems. I doubled the recipe, for 12 people, and had plenty. Tasty and rich, but not overpowering. Great complement to my deep fried turkey. Everyone loved them. Ina never disappoints!

I love that this recipe is so tasty AND quick--my favorite combination! I do think there's too much glaze, though. We had a lot left over. Next time I'll cut it in half.
