“Very easy and tasty. I used a little corn syrup as suggested for binder, and put in a Tbs of cocoa powder. Then I just kept adding little bits of rum till it stuck together to make good little balls.
I roll them in regular sugar, cause that's what mom did... and I like the presentation better than the powdered sugar on them. Can also...”
