Reviewed Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna

Definitely a keeper! I did make this with fresh mozzarella, and had to mix it a little bit longer to get the texture of the sauce just right. I love mushrooms, so instead of 12 oz of cremini mushrooms, I used 24 oz. Par baked this about two hours before dinner and then re-heated, it came out perfectly! Have to go look for that butternut squash"

Great summer menu and picture perfect presentation! I made the cracked wheat a few hours in advance and added cucumbers and sliced tomatoes, etc. about 45 minutes before. The red pepper sauce is amazing and was the perfect finishing ingredient. I have alo added it to sandwiches, rice, etc and it's fabulous on it all. "
