This is an amazing dish! The flavors are layered, yet blend very well. I would give this 6 stars if I could! A sidenote: make sure grapefruit is in season when you try this. I think it would make all the difference if the grapefruit wasn't at its peak sweetness. This is my No. 1 winter dish!"

This was an amazing dish and really quick and easy. The only I will change is to double everything but the shrimp. I was licking my plate craving more of the tomato and fennel! I used dried cherries and roasted walnuts for this salad. My husband loved the wedge, but we didn't find the dressing to be very flavorful. I used high-grade gorgonzola and white balsamic, but it still lacked a lot of taste. I love this idea, so I will just look for another version of this dressing to use. "
