I made this cake last night and after 25 min. it was not done at all. I cooked it for 55 min.
Then when we cut into it, the middle was runny and not done. I believe this would be a wonderful tasting cake but not sure the temperature is correct? Maybe it should cook at a higher temperature? Has anyone else had this problem? Please let me know...

We have never really had turnips so this recipe looked interested. The taste was ok, but we would prefer just regular mashed potatoes. Or, maybe adding a little garlic would be good. Also, didn't like the fact that there is so much wasted milk at the end.""
