I made this last night, shredded my own potatoes and squeezed dry with paper towels. Used left over frozen ham from Christmas and 1% milk instead of half and half. This recipe is wonderful. Warmed up a slice in the microwave this morning and is still delicious. I think I will make this during the holidays.
