This is pretty much the traditional Polish recipe. One suggestion, if the dough is too elastic just place it in the fridge for about 10 minutes and it will roll out just fine. If you use cottage cheese instead of farmer cheese, put it in a strainer over a bowl and let the water drain out for a while to make it easier to handle. Potato stuffing "
