"Loved this! I only had Gruyere cheese on hand so I used that for all the cheese - just amazing! The only change I would make is to arrange the asparagus differently so that it can be cut into squares rather than strips to make it easier to serve."

My family is grown and married and we have three beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I have one adorable Persian cat, Bella, that we adopted from a cat rescue. I love to entertain but with work hours I am happy to be able to entertain family most Sunday evenings. We have a rustic old family fishing cottage on Big Cedar Lake that was built in the 1920's that provides a retreat from the hustle of the city during the summer.
Favorite Foods
Name it and I love it! Trying new foods is one of my favorite things. During the Farmers Market season you will find me shopping on Saturday mornings and picking out fresh ingredients to make wonderful Sunday dinners to serve my family.
