"Very tasty. I made them for my middle schoolers (a tough audience). These cookies are cake-like, and the glaze is a MUST. The cookie itself is only lightly sweet, but the glaze puts them over the top! Only one student said "They need a bit more sugar." Obviously, a cookie connoiseur! I will defnitely make these again. A bit more work, but worth"
