Wonderful smoky flavor. I did not have all of the ingredients so I substituted green peppers for the red and a generous tablespoon of jalapenos for the Fresno chiles (which almost made it too hot!). I added an extra cup of chicken stock. The sour cream with fresh cilantro on top really makes the dish. It gets even better after sitting in the frig...
