Reviewed Meatballs a la Pizzaiola
"Huge hit! I made these for a family gathering to serve as an appetizer and they came out fabulous - very tasty! The only thing I did differently was I used 'regular fresh mozzarella' instead of 'smoked mozzarella' inside each meatball (my grocery store didn't sell the smoked) and, instead of 80% beef chuck, I used 85% beef chuck. This will be one of those appetizers I make again and again. Thanks, Giada!"
