I agree with other reviews that these came out extremely dry. I followed the recipe but added a bit of extra cheese. They were almost inedible. I thought it might be because of our altitude but see others had the same problem. To salvage the rest of the dough, I added two eggs before I loaded up the second cookie sheet.
