Reviewed Thanksgiving Turkey Brine
"OMG! Have made this twice now. While I have tweaked the recipe a little each time, have left the basics alone. It is, hands down, the BEST recipe I have ever had. All my friends RAVE about the flavor, the aroma, and just how darn GOOD this is. Thanks Alex for making me the envy of my friends at the holidays!

About Me
Born in Niagara Falls, NY. Grew up there and in Southern Ontario. I still identify a lot with Canada. Relocated to Western US after serving in the Army. Settled in Kennewick where I met my wife of 23 years. Together we founded Ye Merrie Greenwood Players a traveling Elizabethan theater company which has become my main hobby and taught me a great deal. I used to work as a 911 dispatcher, but gave that up due to stress. Now I work as a school bus driver. MUCH less stressful!
I enjoy cooking WAY too much and like experimenting with new ideas. I like dishes that have a lot of spicy flavor, but are not hot.
Favorite Foods
I am mostly a carnivore, much to my wife's dismay about my health. I do enjoy garden fresh vegetables and like to raise them in myself, when the theater company permits. Fish is a favorite in almost any form and any quantity.Advertisement
