I have always been a fan of food. In my early 20's I found it easier to enjoy it in a resteraunt atmosphere and it wasnt until my mid twentys that i found that I could cook most of the stuff better myself then the resteraunts that I was eating at could so my love of food became transformed into a love of cooking. Now I am 30 years old and Its not uncommon for my to find myself day dreaming of the next meal Im gonna cook I find myself brainstorming on what I could mix together that would taste good. I have also started to become more health aware and this has also my style cooking. Cooking has become a passion for me I love cooking for my family and friends, nothing brings me more joy then to serve a loved one a meal and watch them devour the entire thing without saying a word.
