So simple and delicious. I could eat the entire bowl myself! Trying to watch the carbs, so I'm scooping with celery sticks and also made parmesan lavash chips. Great alternative to the toasted bread. Definitely a keeper."

This was fantastic! So easy to make and with things I generally have in the house. I used butterflied boneless pork chops, which worked just as well as the pocket. Kept it in the oven for 25 min, because it wasn't up to internal temp at 20 min. Served with tabouli salad. Definite keeper meal. Way to go, Bobby!"

Flavors are great together. I could not find Chipotle Powder anywhere and didn't have time to purchase on line. Instead I used Chili Powder and a few pinches of Chipotle Chili Pepper, for some kick. Next time, I will use parchment paper under the nuts while baking, to eliminate the rock hard syrup pan. I had no difficulty with the nuts stickin"

Could not find Raspberry Ginger Ale at any grocery store or raspberry soda either, for that matter. Instead I substituted with 1 liter Ginger Ale and 1 liter Strawberry Soda. It tasted great. I served this at my 4th of July cookout. I made a double batch for 7 people and most of it went. Very freshing. The strawberry soda went well with the "

Easy & delicious! Could not find Smoked Salt in ANY grocery store, so I found a 'how to' recipe on-line. It was also easy to make and probably lots cheaper too. Here's the recipe if anyone's interested: 1/2 cup course sea salt, 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke (hickory or mesquite, small bowl, parchment paper, cookie sheet, jar with lid. Preheat oven to 2"

Absolutely fantastic!!! I used the yellow squash, as the recipe states, even though the title says zucchini. The squash were not straight neck, but bulb-shaped. Putting the stuffing in only the bulb part and leaving the neck plain yellow, made for a beautiful presentation. I used reduced fat sour cream and mild cheddar, as an alternative. It'"

I loved the flavor & texture of this salad. I followed the other reviews and reduced the amount of veg oil. I used 1/2 cup and it turned out perfectly, with no other changes to the dressing. The only substitution I made was to use Whole Grain spaghetti. I paired the salad with baked haddock filets that used a lemon/soy vinegarette. Delicious!...

Excellent coating! Very light, cripsy and full of flavor. I used it on catfish nuggets and it turned out great. Will try it on zucchini spears next. I used ranch dressing as the dipping sauce.
