"Flavors are great together. I could not find Chipotle Powder anywhere and didn't have time to purchase on line. Instead I used Chili Powder and a few pinches of Chipotle Chili Pepper, for some kick. Next time, I will use parchment paper under the nuts while baking, to eliminate the rock hard syrup pan. I had no difficulty with the nuts stickin"

Reviewed Marinated Pork Chop with Pineapple Salsa

"Delicious, fresh taste! Smokey from the grill and sweet, with a zip, salsa. Perfect meal for summer. Most of the recipe can be done in advance, which is ideal."

Reviewed Spinach Stuffed Zucchini

"Absolutely fantastic!!! I used the yellow squash, as the recipe states, even though the title says zucchini. The squash were not straight neck, but bulb-shaped. Putting the stuffing in only the bulb part and leaving the neck plain yellow, made for a beautiful presentation. I used reduced fat sour cream and mild cheddar, as an alternative. It'"
