"Giada, you're awesome! I made this for dinner the other night and it was a hit for the whole family. Very cool and refreshing for a warm summer evening. We doubled the peppers, and meat so it would be a bit hardier so we could use it as a dinner rather than a side. Then we used if for a side a day later. It was even better. Thanks"
"I've made these numerous times for my family and they're excellent. The recipe is very easy to make your own, we like things a bit spicier and less sweet. You can blacken the tomatillos in a skillet but the grill gives them a great smokiness to them that really adds. the only thing that can make this recipe better is fresh homemade corn tortill""
