Giada, you're awesome! I made this for dinner the other night and it was a hit for the whole family. Very cool and refreshing for a warm summer evening. We doubled the peppers, and meat so it would be a bit hardier so we could use it as a dinner rather than a side. Then we used if for a side a day later. It was even better. Thanks"

Reviewed Shredded Chicken and Tomatillo Tacos with Queso Fresco

I've made these numerous times for my family and they're excellent. The recipe is very easy to make your own, we like things a bit spicier and less sweet. You can blacken the tomatillos in a skillet but the grill gives them a great smokiness to them that really adds. the only thing that can make this recipe better is fresh homemade corn tortil...
