“I have made this 4-5 times now, including at a friend's beach house (we are invited back!. I roast the sliced fingerlings instead of grill (sorry Bobby, use fresh basil instead of oregano, and make extra dressing for green salads too! This is a crowd pleaser, for sure, and the flavor combinations are out the door!
