Reviewed Slammin' Sausage Pancakes with Honey Maple Syrup

I didn't have a good laddle so my pancakes weren't as pretty as Big Daddy's and the sausage did not leave enough grease so I used 2 tbls unsalted butter per batch.
Also, my butter was not soft for the honey maple butter to mix it properly so i hit it in the micro for 30 sec..mixed in the honey and maple syrup and put it in the freeser for...

I do something similar with flank steak.

Marinate the steak in a mix of olive oil, red wine vinegar and soy sauce with honey, powered ginger/onion/garlic and some red pepper flakes... put in a plastic bag and marinate overnight.. grill and use some reserve marinade as a sauce.. best steak I have ever had
