"I can see how this would work if you had an industrial kitchen and a full staff to help prep and cook. There is no way to deliver this sandwich hot and yummy with one person and a 4 burner cook top. Simple is best...they last time I made a Philly Cheese Steak I used left over prime rib, chopped jalapenos for a bit of fire and provalone cheese..."
