This is a great recipe!! however i found it to be a bit heavy with so much butter in the topping so i would suggest maybe cutting the amount of butter down to make it lighter/healthier but still it was hit at the family table :) ""

I loved this chicken!! It came out very moise and tender! The whole family wished there was more! However I did marinate the chicken for a couple of hours. I figured it couldn't hurt haha I also added my own spin on the recipe by adding some capers and it was delicious! This recipe is overall very simple and budget friendly!

How do you drain the excess liquid from the store bought marinara sauce???

It was ok.... I followed the recipe exactly because of its simplicity but found that the shrimp lacked a nice flavor. Next time I think I'll sprinkle some delicious seafood seasoning over the shrimp and maybe find some way to spice up the pasta. Overall I thought the original recipe was to bland"

This recipe was amazing!!! However I did make a few changes to it ......
I added sweet peas and used arugala instead of spinach. Oh and I used mozzarella cheese instead of goat cheese (its not something I typically have lying in my refrigerator). I also added some sauteed shrimp to the meal just to have the healthy bonus of seafood! I love...
