Really great recipe. I followed it exactly and it's great. You can't beat roasted vegetables but the dressing really makes all the flavors pop. The bread brings in a great texture and flavor when charred on the grill as he suggests. Everyone that tried it was asking for the recipe. I will definitely make this one again and again.

Really great flavor. I've tried so many different ways to make artichokes but this one, with the marinade, comes out on top. I used my pressure cooker for the chokes - 7 - 8 mins. Worked out great. This will be a regular for us."

Super good. I cooked mine in a pressure cooker but did all the prep as prescribed. Amazing flavors. I added some small creamer potatoes in with the other veggies. Really great recipe. I'll definitely add this one to the regular favorites list."

I loved this recipe. I agree with the other reviewer that you have to cook the potatoes less time than suggested and more time on the fish but that always depends on thickness of the filet. I used a white peach balsamic for the fish and I had a rosemary infused olive oil that I used on the potatoes. I loved the balance of flavors from the swee"

Admittedly, my 3 Star rating has more to do with me than the recipe but I won't be repeating this one. Flavor was very good but presentation was awful. We pounded out very thin but with the red peppers, cheese, and herbs, it was still very thick so cutting it open wasn't anything like the photograph. I'm sure someone more skilled with their kn...

This was a big hit today. I tested the recipe yesterday before company came. I cooked the eggs longer because most of our guests don't like a runny yolk and it was very runny after only 7 minutes. I went with 15 minutes which was slightly too long but still very good. Will go about 12 to make sure yolks run a little but more like an "over me...

Really great flavor and SO easy. Used frozen chopped spinach and just drained it real well. I went full on and used heavy cream. Will use 1/2 and 1/2 next time just to reduce calories but wow, really great recipe. Next time I'll try caramelized onions, mushrooms and sausage. I'm sure you can play with all kinds of different flavors and it wi...

Really great. Super easy, just follow the recipe. I didn't have parsley but had some fresh sprigs of thyme so used them and it was fabulous. Like the last reviewer, I also made an aioli with mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, and I mashed up a chipotle (in adobo sauce). Left out the seeds so it was tolerable. Great combo, super flavor. Oh Emm Gee - OMG, this is amazing. Wow! Thanks Paula. And thanks to all of you who tried and reviewed because I used a lot of your suggestions. Better than boullion, beef broth (low sodium) cream of mushroom with roasted garlic, sprigs of fresh thyme, saute the onions, baby portabello's - all of it was fantastic. Oh, and add carrots and po...

Outstanding. Oh my gosh, really outstanding broth. We used whole San Marzano tomatoes and just rough chopped them which was amazing. Our crazy store didn't have seafood or fish stock so we used chicken but it was still incredible. We added tsps of thyme, parsley, and fresh basil just for flavor. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Wow Wo...

Really tasty. I played with it a little bit, added some red pepper flakes, and a couple of herbs. Also had roasted some grape tomatoes for some bruschetta so added a few of the extra ones to the sauce. A good recipe for any occasion and really easy to make. Thanks, Giada!
