This looked tasty on the show, but man I was unprepared for how delicious this was! Everything blended well and my mom raved about it. I'd love to try this with other meats now. Thanks Alton!

I had never worked with fennel, let alone had it, until this recipe and I was very surprised with how well this dish came out. I couldn't find snapper so I substituted tilapia, and I'd definitely make this again when I come across some snapper. I also cooked some white rice and placed the fish and veggies on top to absorb some of the loose juice"

Reviewed Pound Cake

I made this cake over the weekend and it was great! The only thing I had to change was the cooking time. After an hour my cake was just starting to become golden on top and the internal temperature was around 180. I left it in for about another 10 minutes and it got to the 210 temperature it needed and it was very golden on top.

Reviewed Winter Vegetable Soup

I was very surprised at how filling this was. My mom made porkchops and I made this to be on the side, but we both ended up eating only the soup. It was very good and we've got plenty left over. Thanks Alton! This is why I love you."

Reviewed Pecan Praline Morsels

This recipe is by far one of the easiest and most delicious desert recipes I've come across. I baked about 6 lbs of these for Mardi Gras this year and my family devoured them. Of all the deserts I made for that weekend, these pecans got the most praise. I will definitely continue making and sharing them with everyone."
