Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Basil Dressing

My husband and I loved this chicken! Like other's have said, it has powerful flavors, but that's one reason we loved it! I didn't have fennel on hand, but was not disappointed without it! We did add a bit less olive oil than recommended as well as a bit less lemon and it still came out fabulous...just added things to taste! We are definitely planning...

Reviewed Tomato-Basil Bread Pudding

My husband and I both LOVED this!! We used a whole-wheat bread loaf and followed the recipe as is. The only thing I would change next time I make it (and there will be MANY "next times"!) is using asaigo cheese instead of parmesean (more flavorful and complements the basil so well) and adding a bit more tomatoes...but these changes are just a preference....
