As reviewer "rjrisco" said below, "Don't be afraid of the cinnamon and nutmeg". It is these ingredients that make this recipe so special. The only thing I didn't add was the salt as I think Emeril's recipes tend to be a bit salty for my palate. Next time I make this, I will double the recipe as I will want to freeze the excess for last minute me"

By far, the BEST Lasagna I have every prepared/served/eaten! Emeril knocked it out of the park with this recipe!
