"I made this for a Bolly Bash party I attended this weekend, where every guest brings a Indian/Middle Eastern inspired dish. I was glad I waited to add the dressing after I arrived at the party. It 'wilted' the zucchini and made beautifully delicate 'ribbons', as the name of the recipe indicated. The roasted peanuts pushed it right over the top! So"

Reviewed Mystery Pecan Pie

"A dangerous dessert! I'm not even a pecan pie fan and this might now be one of my favorite desserts ever. After trying it a couple of weeks ago (because we have 6 pecan trees on our property and I needed a way to use the nuts), I'm making it for Thanksgiving dinner. For me it was like a 3-in-1 dessert - egg custard pie/cheesecake/pecan pie ALL IN ONE!! Heavenly!
