"GIADAAA! Amazing! I have made struffoli for Christmas with my grandmother since I was little. It was a basic recipe, but still good. I decided to break tradition and try Giada's recipe this year - it is absolutely amazing!! The canola oil makes a difference too - no "well-done" ones this year! Just a cook's note - sprinkle the struffoli with the sprinkles BEFORE it is completely dried, because they will bounce off once the honey has dried to a shiny finish. Thanks for the new recipe, Giada!
