Reviewed Buffalo Drumsticks

Apr 13, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe is easy to make and is delicious as written. I didn't make any changes to the recipe at all. I made 24 legs and put the spicy sauce on 12 and the sweeter sauce on 12. My family loved both. Thanks, Melissa for a great recipe!"

Reviewed Quick Soft Breadsticks

Dec 26, 2012 in null on Food.com

The flavor and texture of these breadsticks is excellent. I don't buy bread flour so substituted 3 cups all-purpose flour and 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten for the 3 cups of bread flour. I added about 2 tablespoons more flour while kneading the dough in my stand mixer because it was a little too sticky. I got 18 breadsticks, about 44 grams ...

Reviewed Cream Cheese Frosting

Jan 21, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This frosting is perfect exactly as stated in the recipe. No need to change a thing. I used the frosting on a giant chocolate chip cookie cake (Emeril Lagasse's recipe found on Food Network's website). I added blue food coloring to about 1/4 cup of reserved frosting to make decorative balloons. It came out great!""

Jul 10, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This chicken was bursting with flavor! The spice combination sounded a little wierd to me, but I gave it a try and am glad that I did. None of the spices were overpowering. You might think that the ginger, or cumin, or cinnamon, or mint will be overpowering. Not even close; the spices marry together to create a wonderful flavor. I used Spanis"

Reviewed Herb-and-Mustard Sirloin With Baked Potatoes

The sirloin was very flavorful. Surprisingly, there was not a strong mustard flavor as one might expect. The mustard and herbs de Province blended with the meat juices and butter into a mellow and delicious flavor. My two picky kids even gobbled it up! I used red potatoes instead of russet and they came out superb. This cooking method should "

Wow, the flavor of this dish is excellent! I have only two comments.

1. The carrots were a little hard. It might be better to par-boil them before adding them to the dish as there isn't a lot of liquid to cook them in the dish directly.

2. The ingredients did not fit in a 10" pie pan. Maybe my dish isn't...
