My Activity

Reviewed Pasta, Kale and White Bean Soup

"This was so easy! It was the perfect comfort food for a fall evening. I skipped the parmesan rhind and used dried thyme and it was still extremely flavorful! It also made a huge pot and I took the leftovers for lunch the next day. Still amazing! I highly recommend this for a weekday meal!"

Reviewed 1770 House Meatloaf

"The best part of this meatloaf is the garlic sauce. The sauce is full of flavor and super rich. The meatloaf itself is pretty blah. This is expensive to make and not all its cracked up to be. The biggest plus is that it is different than the usual "moms" meatloaf."

Reviewed Spanish Turkey Meatball Stew

"I was so impressed with how EASY this was. I have never made meatballs with turkey and was wondering how this would go. I loved it! The flavor is so complex! It taste like it was cooked all day! Reviewed Mexajita Chicken

"This recipe was AMAZING! Cheap, easy and DELICIOUS! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed it. I made the stovetop version because I was unsure if I could leave it in the crock pot for the 9.5 hours I am at work. It was great, very flavorful but maybe heavy on the salt. Only downfall I had to cook the chicken for 45 min instead of 25 because it was still pink in the middle."

Reviewed Spanish Chicken and Chorizo Paella

"I loved this recipe! It was super spicy but flavorful. It was easy and easily would have served 4-6 people. If I was to make it again I would make it with diced chicken breast but I think its a matter of preference. The skin on the legs and thigh came off in the cooking. This will make it into our favorites rotation!"
