As another reviewer suggested I bought local chilies, put them in a pot to boil until tender, took seeds and stem off then blended all ingredients poured chilies puree over meat in slow cooker. Four hours later dinner was served. The meat was spicy and moist. Bone tender. This receipe is a keeper."

I totaly tweaked the recipe. I used Tyler Florences Mexican Roast Beef taco recipe, added some beef chorizo and potato to soak up chorizo. I also forgot to pick up Sazon so I added Tapito hot sauce to butter. Thank you Sunny Anderson for informing us that we can buy wrappers at the store. I was using pie crust since to make empanadas. "
