Reviewed Short Rib and Tallegio Pie

I really had a good time making this pie. Went to Rudolph's Meat Market in Deep Ellum to get the short ribs and then picked up the cheese at Scardello's over on Oak Lawn. All in Dallas, TX. The smells of the ribs with the apricots, shallots, capers, and wine was wonderful. It was really easy to put all together and pop in the oven. The pie it"
