Reviewed Jam Thumbprint Cookies
"Made these last night and while they are very buttery and wonderful, they're a pain to make. Followed the directions to the T and the dough was a crumbly mess. When I tried to do the thumbprint indent, they would completely break apart. I ended up making the indent while I was "rolling" and flattening the cookies, so I could fill them with jam. Ne""

Reviewed Hot Crab Dip
"Love this crab dip. I always prefer to watch the videos first, to get an idea of how it's supposed to look and what the end result is. I did cut down on the Worcestershire and added cream cheese though. To the people complaining about being embarrassed to serve this to your guests, hasn't anyone ever told you you're not supposed to serve a new recipe to guests without trying it on you and your family first? Reviewed Double Dipped Fried Chicken
"I've tried a couple fried chicken recipes in the past and they always turn out greasy, under seasoned and just plain bad. When my husband asked me to make Fried Chicken, from scratch, for Valentines day I needed to find an easy recipe that seemed fool proof. Well, this is it. The chicken came out a little darker then I imagined it would, but that's probably because I used my cast iron pan and just played with the temperature until it seemed hot enough. It came out very crispy, very tender, very flavorful and most importantly, the coating didn't fall off during the cooking process. We have a fair bit left over and we've put it in the fridge, the coating is still very crispy, even when cold.
Reviewed Chocolate Explosion Cheesecake
"I saw this on tv and just had to try it, I just popped it in the oven and am anxiously waiting for the timer to beep, letting me know an hour as passed. For the person who doesn't know how to tell when a cheesecake is done, you have to think of it as a custard. They're done cooking when they appear set, but still jiggle.
