Loved the smoothness of the granita. It may be the way I prepared the simple syrup, but I didn't get much of the mint taste. However, it was very refreshing. I used organic strawberries and a tad extra lemon. My favorite part was the mascarpone and how it very light. It's perfect for entertaining.""
