"OMG Amazing! This will be a frequent repeat... Butterflied and split two breasts & jacked up the cheeses,.for 2 adults 2 unbelievably picky 10.5 yo's. I consider myself to be an intermediate cook, no formal training (yet).  I especially enjoy conquering new recipes as well as recreating and tweaking recipes that have been passed along through the generations.

Favorite Foods

Favorites (also signature dishes): Rolled grape leaves (Lebanese style, with lamb and rice), other traditional Lebanese fare; Braised baby-back ribs;

Other Favorites to cook are those I haven't yet cooked. I am a student of Julia Child's gifts to the world, and fan of anything sushi/sashimi or shellfish.

Favorite restaurants:  McNinch House, in Charlotte NC, my former home; Luciano's, Wrentham MA; House of Fortune Chinese & Sushi - the absolute best sushi house in the area- in Plainville, MA.
