I made this today, and thought it was very good. I always make a recipe pretty much the way it was written, initially, then make any adjustments to our tastes. This was good, but it needs a 'something else' I can't quite put my finger on. I used 'hot' curry powder, thinking it would give it a kick, but the stuff I have isn't hot at all.. so maybe one of the other curry powders - maybe Madras? - will help it some. I also think next time - yes, there will be a next time - I'll double the onion..

These were very good! I had issues with getting them to heat all the way through. By the time they did, they were dried out. NEXT TIME I plan to put the 2 layers together separately & heat through, then add the top & finish off. Also will add more cheese, as it sort of disappeared in the cooking.... This wasn't too bad. I do agree that the sauce was a little thin. I ended up turning it into a white sauce by adding a bit of cream, white wine & thickener. I also made this with leftover roast chicken & asparagus. Next time I make it, I'm planning on skipping the sauce, chopping the asparagus & adding it to the filling. The addition of a little g"
