Reviewed Chipotle-Plum BBQ Pork Ribs

OMG! We put these ribs in foil on the gas grill at 250 degrees for about 2 hours, ripped open the foil, put them directly on the grill...basting both sides for another 10 minutes. They were so tasty, just enough spice, great complex flavors! I swear, these are the best ribs we have had...so tender, so much flavor. Thank you!"
