I'VE MADE THIS MANY TIMES WITH SUBSTITUTIONS AND IT'S PRETTY GOOD. I USE UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE INSTEAD OF OIL AND EGG BEATERS FOR THE ONE EGG. SOMETIMES IT COMES OUT BETTER THAN OTHERS. I ALSO MAKE IT IN ONE BIG RAMEKIN AND MY HUSBAND AND I SHARE IT. NOT BAD FOR A QUICK CHOCOLATE DESSERT, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE ALOT OF INGREDIENTS. IT'S WORTH TRYING...
