"Fabulous heat and spice! Saw this show over the weekend, half-remembered the ingredients but knew I wanted to make it. Came home to get a quick run in and then to make this dish. What a treat. We love Indian food but have to drive closer to Boston to find restaurants. We won't have to drive so far with this recipe available. BTW brought the recipe up on the iPad first. Propped it up in the kitchen. The iPad goes to sleep too often. Had to drag out my lap top. Any solutions? "
