About Me
I am a therapist by profession and cooking is my own, personal therapy. As a child, I cooked with both of my grandmothers (Italian and Slovak). And, it is through this heart connection where I find my inspiration. I am also one of those weird people who clean up while cooking. I can't have a messy kitchen!
