"Just made this tonight for dinner! Recipe was very easy to follow, ingredients were simple. I am not big on sausage in a sauce. But it really is delicious! I used baby spinach instead of arugula and I couldn't find mascapone cheese, so I substituted cream cheese. Very creamy and would be great over pasta! Thanks Giada! A+++ =) ""
