Reviewed Cheesy Polenta

I've made this many times, it is my go to recipe for polenta. The only other polenta recipe on Food Network that I may try is Melissa D'Arabian's slow cooker polenta. It takes 2-1/2 hours, so until I can get my act together and remember that, I'm sticking with this one. It's delicious, so why change?

It's too bad the 2 recipes are linked together, because this chicken recipe is worth 5 stars at the very least. We loved it! I did not try the hash, as it didn't sound appealing to me. Instead, I served it with fried polenta and steamed haricots verts. Delicious! My fianc��� thought the pan sauce was especially great.
