OMG this is one of the best salads I have ever made!!! I was concerned that the basil leaves might overpower the rest of the salad, but they didn't. Grilling the bell peppers and red onion slices completely transforms their taste. Add the amazing vinaigrette to everything else and this dish is an absolute winner. My husband and son are already bugging...

Loved it! Best stock ever. I used the turkey carcass that was left after Thanksgiving dinner. And I bought a package of 2 turkey thighs for $3.00. Used a gigantic pot and it produced enough stock for use in my favorite recipes for the next 4-5 months. Thanks, Ina!!!

This is by far the best main dish I have ever made for company. I changed two things. First, I used skinless bone-in thighs since they are less expensive. Secondly, I used white button mushrooms for the same reason. Turned out fantastic. Everyone who tastes this always asks for the recipe. Thanks, Ina! Another great meal."
