Reviewed Sweet Potato Souffle
"I too made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! Depending on how sweet the potatoes are I would reduce the sugar just a bit. What I liked was that the little bit leftover was the topping was just as crunchy reheated. This is a keeper! My other casserole recipe has been replaced."
