About Me
I'm a single mom and take care of my mom. We live in the beautiful Pacific NW. I love cooking, but not the cleanup. Hiring busboy/dishwasher. I've had to take over ALL cooking duties since July and am finding that I'm actually quite good at it.
I am trying to cook for a healthier lifestyle. Also, I try to make things that everyone can have, since my mom has a very strict diet.
